Description
Soybean oligosaccharides (SBOS) are a food-grade group of soluble oligosaccharides derived from soybean seeds, primarily consisting of raffinose, stachyose, and sucrose. Approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration as a generally recognized as safe (GRAS) ingredient, SBOS are known for their high quality and beneficial prebiotic properties.
