Description
Natural Calcium Propionate is a high-quality, food-grade preservative produced through a pure natural fermentation process. Unlike traditional chemical synthesis methods, this fermentation-based approach enhances food safety and quality. It effectively inhibits the growth of most fungi, increases the fermented flavor of food, and contains beneficial organic acids such as propionic, lactic, acetic, and citric acids. This allows for cleaner labeling on food packages, reducing the need for harmful additives.
