Advantame (E969) is a high-intensity, zero-calorie sweetener that is 20,000 times sweeter than sugar and approximately 100 times sweeter than aspartame. This N-substituted derivative of aspartame, made from aspartame and vanillin, provides a clean, sweet taste without added calories.
