Description
Gardenia Yellow is a natural, water-soluble food coloring derived from the fruit of the Gardenia jasminoides, a member of the madder family. This vibrant yellow powder is easily dissolved in both water and alcohol solutions, showcasing excellent stability against light and temperature changes in neutral and weakly alkaline environments. Its main coloring components are crocin and crocetin, making it ideal for various culinary applications.
