Description

Gardenia Blue is a high-quality, food-grade colorant extracted from the Gardenia jasminoides plant using advanced biotechnological methods. This vibrant, dark blue pigment is easily soluble in water, aqueous ethanol, and propylene glycol solutions, but not in organic solvents. It maintains a stable hue in mediums with pH levels from 4 to 8 and exhibits excellent heat resistance up to 120℃, making it suitable for a wide range of culinary applications. Additionally, it shows superior dyeability on proteins, enhancing its usability in various food products. Nearly odorless and tasteless, Gardenia Blue is ideal for enhancing the visual appeal of beverages, pastries, and other edible items without altering their flavor profiles.
